1.   How many movies and games can I check out at once?
You can have up to four discs at a time, depending on which plan you have subscribed to. If you return one disc to us, (let’s assume it is a video game), we will send another game to you from your games list (the first available, starting at the top of your queue). If you send back two games, then we will send you the next two available games on your games list ............and so forth.
2.   How long can I keep a DVD or video game when I rent it from MyDVD.ie?
You can keep a DVD or video game you rent from MyDVD for as log as you want without paying late dues, or any other charges, as long as you are a paid-up member.
3.   How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime. Simply log into your account and click on ‘Cancel Membership’ or just visit the contact us page and send us your cancellation request Please note that all current rentals must be returned and processed by us before you can cancel your account, otherwise you will be subject to a lost/unreturned item fee.
4.   What day of the month will I get billed?
Your flat monthly membership fee is automatically billed on the monthly anniversary of your first charge. For example, if your first charge was on the 17th of the month, your next charge is on the 17th of the following month.
5.   Can I pay with a cheque, money order or be billed in the mail?
We require a valid VISA, Mastercard, or Laser card for MyDVD monthly Subscription Plans, including all promotions.
6.   What is your cancellation/refund/return policy?
i) Cancellation is only confirmed after all rented items have been returned and processed by us. ii) Customer will not receive a refund or credit for unused rentals or partial billing periods
iii) Customer will be charged for any rentals not returned to MyDVD.
iv) After cancelling, Customer may rejoin at a future date but Customer may not take advantage of any future special membership offers.

MyDVD will accept limited responsibility for lost or damaged items and reserve the right to cancel subscriptions and/or charge replacement cost if this is thought to be excessive. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving and lost items must be reported within 7 days of MyDVD e-mail shipping notification, else the customer will be charged the RRP value of the game.
7.   What payment methods does MyDVD.ie accept?
MyDVD accepts credit and debit cards as payment for rental subscriptions or game purchases. Currently we only accept Mastercard, Visa, and Laser. You must have a valid card at all times if paying by credit card while you are a MyDVD rental member. For rental subscriptions, payments are made a month in advance.

8.   If I sign up mid-month, will the first charge be prorated?

9.   Are there any places you won't ship to?
Delivery is limited to the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us at info@mydvd.ie for more information
10.   I am staying at a hotel or motel. Can I have my games or movies delivered to me there?
We limit shipment to permanent addresses
11.   How are my items sent?
All our discs are sent via regular post
12.   Will the shipping envelopes say MyDVD on them?
Your shipment will come in a white envelope and will have a return address on it. The return envelope included will have our Freepost authority number and return address. Postage is paid by MyDVD
13.   How long will it take to get my games or movies?
When you have an open rental slot, we make every effort to ship your movie or video game as soon as the disc is available. Games should arrive within 2 to 4 days, but occasionaly some games may take longer than 4 days to arrive because of weekend, holidays and postal delays.

Orders received on weekends and Holidays are processed the next business day.
14.   How do I report a shipping problem or a disc that won't play?
If you have any shipping problems, such as delayed arrival of your rentals, or an unplayable disc, you can report it on the Contact Us page. We will respond as soon as possible to your query.
15.   I lost the protective case which the disc arrived in.
If you lost the protective case which the game arrived in, please place the game between some cardboard before placing in the return envelope.
